I want Pre in Taiwan

@mike: yeah, and I want a golden toilet pot, but i'm afraid I just have to be a little patient. My bet is on WebOS 2.0, and Palm'd better be sure Ogg Vorbis support is enabled in GStreamer with that release ;-)

I was quite overwhelmed by the new webOS. I did not find it as simple and direct as the PalmOS. I like its sleek form though. i hope Palm would develop a new phone form similar to the Palm Pixi Plus with the old reliable PalmOS.

I'd like to see Flash 10 support and the ability to wirelessly add files to my Pre via Wifi sometime in the future. Hopefully. :)

I second the vote for adobe flash

bob

Funny thing is I spoke with someone in AT&T Corporate today and they said the reason they have held the 1.4.5 update from the Palm Pixi Plus is due to security and technical issues in the update

i just want to know the truth before i buy the palm pre.........i keep seeing an adaptor for rf external antenna connector for sale but see no such animal on the pic.s or spec's or anything else......wilson even advertise's this adaptor and i am not talking about the cradle with glass mount....so please someone that has one let me know ... its very important that i know this because its the only way for me to obtain a decent enough signal ( without either spending a fortune or doing something to the phone that will make warranty useless) for me to connect the mobile hotspot to my computer via usb adaptor.
i now use the usb novatal 760 with external ant. and it gives me speeds enough to play nascar 03 online and iracing. upon testing with a friends palm pixie and a usb wi-fi connected to the hotspot i was oooooooo so close to being fast enough but needed just a hair more signal.

any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. i can be contacted at giblues01@yahoo.com

Ever since I updated to 1.4.5 I haven't been able to download or update any apps. Does anyone have an idea why or how I can fix it?

Palm, Inc.

Hi Blake,

Official Palm Support is the best place to get technical support for your Palm webOS phone. Check out http://palm.com/support

If you'd like to try community-based support, visit the Palm Support Community at http://forums.palm.com

Both are great options and will have you back up and running in no time.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my palm pre. I am not hard on my phones at all and I'm on my second one and it has now gone too.too many problems with both of them so I am never going to buy another palm product or recommend it to anyone else

PC tech Support

I've actually never tried acquiring a product from palm but as I can see their are a lot of negative feedback from palm product users and this sounds hilariously embarrassing. Oh well I would never plan to have some palm product at all.

what is the deal with palm & adobe, why can't you guys get it rightN I know that everyone who ownes a palm device has the same question. It's gonna be really sad for you guys at palm when everyone switches to something else just because we can't get adobe.
