Ever wish you were a super communicator? Here are three quick ways your webOS phone can help you be more efficient with your time and words (with no tights or cape required):
- To whom it may (or may not) concern: When sending an email, figuring out the right “from,” “to” and “bcc” are just as important as what you say. To choose which email account to send an email from, just tap the “from” field when replying to or sending a new email message. If you want to cc or bcc someone, simply tap the “to” field.
- Faster than a speeding speed dial: Dialing in a hurry? Set up speed dial to save you time in the future. Just start typing to search for a contact, and tap the contact name. Open the application menu, and tap “Set Speed Dial.” Tap the phone number you want to assign a speed dial to, and then tap the key you want to use as a speed dial.
- Don't forget to not forget: Set a reminder for yourself to remind your sister you need to borrow her camera. The next time you're in touch -- whether by phone call, email, text message or IM -- the reminder pops up as a notification. Search for a contact, and tap the contact name. Open the application menu and tap “Add Contact Reminder.” Trust me -- you'll love this feature if you haven't used it before.
I’ll now stop leaping tall buildings and return to my life as mild-mannered champion of customer support…

Ok, the Contact Reminder feature is very nice, but how do you turn it off now? I don't know if it's because I have a few email patches installed, but I can't get the reminder to go away! I've deleted it with the trash can and it still shows up. In the contact info, the reminder is gone, but the original reminder still shows up.
Nice feature to have, but it's turned into an annoyance now!

I got a stupid question. The I-phone has its non phone counterparts, Ipod and Ipad. They are great if you want the I stuff without the phone. They have the ability to get on any network. Yet I don't like the I-pod.
Is there something comparable in the "Droid" world? Is there something that doesn't have the stupid "sync" and is not an ipod?
I like playing my mp3s and using apps and looking at my email and checking facebook. I just don't want the Ipod or having to buy into a multi-hundred dollar phone plan.
