Are you skeptical by nature? Don’t believe in the tooth fairy? Well, we’re going to make a believer out of you. If you’re using your Palm phone, don’t be shy about it.
Because
starting today, a small group of tote-bag-toting Palm envoys will be on the lookout for folks who look like they could use a free Palm accessory. It could be a case, a colorful induction-charging back for the Palm Pixi, a Palm Touchstone Charging Dock -- or maybe even some cool Palm stickers!
These Palm envoys could show up in any country where Palm phones are sold. And there are no catches, no obligations, and no strings attached. (Of course, if you’re not using a Palm phone, our roving goodie-givers are unlikely to approach you in the first place.) Just keep your eyes peeled, your ears open -- and be ready to say "wow!"
Jon Zilber
Do you know/have a time when this will be happening?

Come on Palm, focus your effort in really important things like supporting Dataviz to bring full document editing to WebOS. It is a shame that Dataviz has their project "standstill" because they need palm support to implement this so awaited application:
"[...] we can only work so hard without help from the manufacturer. Tough to write an robust office suite all in javascript." (Dataviz)

Wow, quite a few Florida based commenters so far. I will have to add one more, how about coming to Tarpon Springs? I could use some free goodies, plus I love my Pre Plus.

Alvaro,
Shoot me an e mail at ramon.p.carroll@knology.net and I'll assist you with locating accessories for both the Palm Pre as well as the Palm Pixi. I've had the pleasure of carrying both devices with Sprint service and enjoyed the experience with Palm.

since the last webOS my palm pre truncates my two favorite web sites leaving me unable to comment or view them fully. Any idea why and how to solve this problem? I use Verizon and the sites look just like this one.

c'mon palm... this is painful to watch. I want webOS to succeed. I love the design route you all have taken. But in the midst of take over rumors, failed bids, and high profile losses.... you need to give us a hint at SOMETHING.

Palm, WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND A NEW HAND SET, BIGGER SCREEN, NO QWERTY KEYBOARD, JUST TOUCH SCREEN. WE HAVE BEEN AROUND LONG ENOUGH TO ENJOY THIS TECHNOLOGY. I LOVE THE FREE STUFF, HOWEVER, I'M TIRED OF MY FRIENDS AT APPLE RUBBING THEIR iphones IN MY FACE. THE WEB OS IS AWESOME, JUST GIVE US A NEW PHONE, YOU CAN CALL IT PALM "MAXIMUS" A COMBINATION OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS THAT MAKE PALM GREAT. REMEMBER, NO QWERTY KEYS, BIGGER SCREEN, EVERYTHINGS ELSE COMES STANDARD ON PALM AND WE LOVE IT.

Love the phone, Please make week view so I can see the titles of the appointments like I can on the droid. Also make the GPS a bit more useful as part of the standard software.
Your OS is amazing though. I have had many palm products, the issue is a great OS but there is always some polish that is missing so the devices get annoying. It was Wi-Fi and a proprietary stereo headphone on the old ones. This one has a few issues with GPS and likely some others I have not run across yet.
