Palm Pre Plus has already been hailed as "a perfect device for the consumer who is looking for a smartphone to balance work and play," and you can get yours on Verizon Wireless on Monday for only $149.99 (after mail-in rebate and two-year contract). Not to be outdone, Palm Pixi Plus at $99.99 "gives customers making the jump from a feature phone to a smartphone even more functionality without breaking the bank."
And how’s this for an extra plus: Through February 14, buy a Palm Pre Plus or a Palm Pixi Plus and get a Palm Pixi Plus free (after mail-in rebate). Can Monday come soon enough?

Hi Suzanne,
The Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus from Verizon Wireless are CDMA phones and will roam in the following countries:

I've been interested in the Pre since it was announced at CES2009, but I've been waiting for the HSPA/GSM version. I'm in Canada and on Rogers. I don't like the CDMA version that Bell has.
When will this phone be available in Canada??
It's crazy to have a product and people that want it can't buy it because it's locked to another provider!!
I've been a Palm user since the original Palm Pilot, but I'm getting tired of waiting!!!

I have been a loyal Palm user for more than a decade. I was thrilled when I found a smart phone with the Palm OS on it. I bought a Treo when it first came out and I have a Centro now. Now I am equally disappointed to learn that my cell phone bill will need to go up $30 a month so I can get the latest Palm product. I don't want a data plan on my phone!! I don't need to surf the web or get email on my phone so why should I pay to have this feature. By instituting this mandate Palm has lost a sale. I would definitely buy a Pre Plus or Pixi Plus if I wasn't forced to get a data plan with it. Anyone else feel the same way???

Palm!! I want the Palm Pre Plus on Sprint!! Make a deal with Sprint to get the Plus over here. My mouth is watering knowing the new and improved Plus is available on the rival carrier...

Hello Any news when the palm pre plus will come to the UK?

Yes, Palm, please bring the Pre and Pixi Plus phones to Canada! I'd prefer the phones to be available on Telus as that is my carrier of choice.
Thanks!

Having the 1st palm pre device on Bell only was a big mistake. Bell is not giving the phone the justice and I agree with a lot of other people on this blog. We need the other Palm devices on other carriers. I want the Pixi plus, but if it doesn't come soon, I'll be an unhappy customer...not only with Palm, but with my current carrier, Bell.

When will Palm offer an unlocked version of ther Pre or Pixie??? there are many of us who travel outside the US and can't stand to pay the intl roaming charges. I have an unlocked 680 that is dying and would love to have a pre but not unitl i can get an unlocked one.
PLEASE PALM RELEASE AND UNLOCKED VERSION

When-o-when will PALM release a Palm Pixi Plus UNLOCKED phone? my carrier is Tmobile and i'd like to stick to that cuz they just sometimes lose signal unlike other carriers. But apparently, for some reasons, PALM doesn't want to go near Tmobile. *sad*
