Thanks for rolling out regular fixes, Palm. I see a lot of unfortunate whining above for a lot of tech that you guys simply haven't had time to implement yet. I appreciate what your team is doing and wish you the best. The sheer fact we can use devices to speak to each other from across the world is amazing technology in and of itself.

Im also a o2 customer and a little concerned about the lack of updates in europe. You`ve released a facebook app which we cant even use, im not even a big facebook user but its a huge sign of how we are being left behind with not even a murmur of when were going to be brought in line.
Im also within my 14 day return period and im hanging on in the hope we will get 1.3.1 but im already considering other options. I found it very concerning that we didnt get 1.2.1 and im now losing confidence in palm rapidly

Palm, are you listening. I think you need to bring out a competitor to the IPOD touch. If nothing else to give your developers more people to sell their apps too. I for one am currently with Verizon so I don't have the chance to use a new Web OS device. Even if I would have I wouldn't want to pay the extra per month for the data plan. I have had a Palm Treo 755p for about a year now and it just is really expensive to pay for 3G data, especially considering the fact that I am surrounded by wifi almost 90 percent of the time.

The App limit is really a problem. And it doesn't seem as though it would be too difficult for Palm to fix. WHY isn't it being fixed? There are ALOT of us out there that are very upset about this! I have Sprint, and I'm a prefered Sprint customer. Meaning I get a new phone every year. I had planned on sticking with the pre and getting one for each member of my family. That would be 4. It doesn't look like I'll be sticking with the Pre or putting my family on the Pre. I'm VERY disppointed. This phone is a great phone. Until you go to install that new cool app and get that stupid message about memory full. I don't have any music files on my phone. I have a Zune for that. And this has been a problem out there long enough that Palm should have had a fix for it long ago! If you want to crawl out of a hole Palm, this is NOT the way to do it!

Mobile Phone

I have to say, being able to copy individual text messages and IM messages is a great feature, that was long over due.

what about voice activated dialing??

Ivan

Yahoo Synergy for contacts still not working on 1.3.5, keeps prompting me for password again and the battery drained in 11 hours from 100% to nothing. HEEEELLLLLLLP!!!!

Paul

Ivan, sorry to hear you're having problems. Anyone requiring support should visit http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/na/pre/p100eww/sprint/supportservices/page_en.html to find the options available to you.
