Why don' the new Palm phones work with GE Supra software? I'm a real estate agent and my old 755 unlocks eKeys. I don't want the Pro. Will the Pixi work?

is the palm pixi or the pre ever going to come to AT&T? I'm seriously considering switching to sprint because of the palm seeming to be exclusive to that. I love my centro and I really want to have another palm phone! show AT&T some love!

Palm Pre is a HIT but palm needs to improve the sliding mechanism. It is just feels cheap when you slide it to get to keey board. Hoping Palm will realease an upgrade in quality of the appearance of the slide.

Is there a way to save an image from a website while I'm surfing the web on my Pixi?
Posted by: Denis | September 01, 2010 at 04:17 PM
Hi Denis,
You sure can. Just hold down the Option key (under the "a") and tap on any photo and you'll be prompted to save the image.

Can you take a picture from your facebook and save it to your phone (palm pixi) so that you can use it as your wallpaper?
Posted by: April | November 01, 2010 at 08:43 PM
Hi April,
If you use your web browser to visit Facebook.com, yes. Just view the image you would like to save, then hold down the Option key (under the "A") and tap on the image. You'll be prompted to save the photo to your phone.

I've been a long time user of Treo 680 and there are many simple VALUABLE fuctions, such as editing a number before sending, not found in eg Android. Does the PIXI OS continue to have these fuctions? Ricardo.
