Any chance of a UK release date? :(

Alex

I can't wait to get it, and a 500mb data plan is normal for most smart phones from bell, but I can't help but wonder why the HTC Touch Smartphone http://www.bell.ca/shopping/en_CA_ON.HTC-Touch/96393.details which runs Windows Mobile allows you to "Get unlimited Web browsing on this phone for just $10/month." This is odd since that plan is normally only available for java based phones, with this being the only smart phone. I wish I could get this plan for the Pre :(

"Best Buy, Future Shop, The Telephone Booth/La Cabine Téléphonique, WIRELESS etc. and Wireless Wave."

Bell doesn't sell to a few provinces and territories in Canada, including the one I'm in, Manitoba. Will those above mentioned retail locations be selling them here in Manitoba too, allowing people to but an off-contract device, or not?

Mike

Sweet. Anyone know how negotiable those plans are? I'm on kind of a sweetheart deal with Telus right now; don't really favour having to play hardball with Bell unless they're going to be really cooperative.

Hi Jay -- Here is a link to Bell's coverage area.

Jason

But when will we see it in Australia??

Jawshwa

It's really ticking me off that you can get a pre anywhere on the planet except in Montana, which is PART OF THE USA!!!

MikeMB

You're not alone Jawshwa. In might be released in Canada next week, but residents in Manitoba and Saskatchewan are also out of luck. Bell Canada doesn't serve ALL of Canada, unfortunately.

While my old Palm T5 falls apart, I wait... and wait...

This is the product I've been waiting for from Palm. Unfortunately, I may have to opt for a iPhone or Blackberry. Two products I don't want to actually go to, but depending on how long I have to wait... ugh.

I think it is more annoying, Mr Alex H, that we can tell that your read the comments and just choose to ignore them...
