- Have a question about -- or a problem with -- your Pre? The answer may already be on our support forums. If it isn’t, our moderators can often help you find a resolution. (There are specific forums for hardware, software, and webOS, as well as specific topics like Palm Synergy.)
- Got an idea for a feature you’d like to see? We’re all ears -- drop us a note in our virtual suggestion box.
- Looking to develop applications for the Pre? The Palm Developer Network is the place to go with questions about the Mojo SDK or other under-the-webOS-hood topics.
- Curious about Pre? Catch a guided tour and get even more details here.
- Wondering what other people are thinking about? Start a discussion board on Palm’s Facebook page. (You’ll also find links to many independent Palm community sites on the blog roll on your right.)
- Here are some suggestions from Sprint: Need help with questions about your device or rate plan? Visit www.sprint.com/support for support with questions about your account, technical questions or information about Sprint's rate plans and services. You can also find tutorials, user guides and videos specific to the Pre at www.sprint.com/learn. Sprint also offers an online community of wireless users at www.buzzaboutwireless.com who can provide support for questions about Palm Pre.
- Just want to tell us how much you love us? Awwww ….
(And of course, if you’re already a Pre owner, the Help app is as close as your Launcher.)

Please release frequent updates to fix major issues like signal strength/battery life ASAP. I want to desperately keep the Pre but will not unless some the critical items (discussed many times in the forums) are addressed during my 30 day trial period with Sprint.

Just put the SDK out. More apps are needed, not just from a practical standpoint, but the press of Palms app store "only having 30 apps" really needs to stop. This is a blackeye.

WebOS is amazing if you guys stay current with it- it's going to be a huge success.
My question:
The loose/wobbly screen is it intentional to prevent damage and make sliding easier? Or is the quality just not up to par? (honesty is best ;-)

Clicking on a missed call notification should NOT call the person, it should bring up a list of missed calls.

Please add Yahoo IM to the Pre.

Ability to highlight text and/or arrows to move through a block of text!
Posted by: Mindi | June 24, 2009 at 11:36 AM
A) Needs MUCH better SMS capabilities!! Forwarding, group texts, ect.
B) Copy and paste should be universal, not limited to just editable text.
C) Should allow to copy images from the web.
D) Universal search should be just that, universal. If I search a person, I should see calendar entries, emails, text, etc.
Add those and I'll gladly buy a Pre :)

1] Enhanced SMS (forwarding, etc)
2] Terrible signal strength needs improving
3] Empty Trash button in email
4] Backspace/forwardspace option - picking between letters is nearly impossible, especially lowercase "l" or "i"
5] Improve text highlighting. dragging a finger has limited success. it usually stops highlighting before i'm done.
6] Copy/Paste is pointless when most text can't be Copied - this was one of the big features you kept bragging about - yet you can't copy/paste anything that you haven't typed.

Please give us a better alternative to the cloud based google...I dont like the alternatives presented. It is becoming a major hang-up. I still have a couple of days to decide if I want to return this thing. I love it,but I cant find an alternative to this.

virtual keyboard is necessary, especially for the browser and messaging. let's face it, sometimes you just want to enter a quick bit of text. hey, it worked for android.

When is it coming to AT&T??!?
Not willing to change providers!

The Tasks app is really poorly implemented. It doesn't sync with much of anything (guess Goggle is at fault for that), I can't delete a task by throwing it off the right side like I can emails. They aren't sorted by priority or due date. Quite a step down from the Palm OS.
