If you’d like to help protect endangered species from extinction, here’s a fun, free and easy way to show your support. The Center for Biological Diversity has collected a catalog of animal calls that you can download to make them your ringtones. You can choose from everything from the peregrine falcon to the foothill yellow-legged frog.
Their hope is that every time your phone rings, it will be a conversation starter for you to help spread the word about endangered species and the importance of biological diversity on their behalf. (And if you happen to have your ringer switch off, you can explain to your friends that they’re hearing the sound of extinction.)

I personally like the polar bear one. Will they work on the Pre? What about if I saved them as MP3s, would those work as ringtones on the Pre?
Can't blame a guy for asking ;-p

If I had a PRE, I would definitely have the number to the California Academy of Sciences - where you can learn so much about biological diversity. And if it's too crowded to get near the animals, I could use the PRE to find more information about it on the spot :)
