and yet... you don't seem to read the feedback we give that says it lacks PalmOS!

Is Palm developing anymore phones with the Palm OS? I am not a big fan of Windows mobile nor Blackberry.

Palm has announced its intention to complete a new version of the Palm OS by the end of 2008, with new devices using that OS in the first half of 2009.

Is it available in CDMA?

No, it is not availabe in a CDMA version--but thanks for your question. Always good for us to hear what customers are intereted in.
