I saw this phrase at Mobilitysite.com and I loved it: "Keep it up Palm. Remember, it was the turtle that won the race … slow but steady."

Dear Sir/Madam,
Whom ever is in charge of this companies international sales get to work!!!. In many countries around the world people use unlocked phones. Especially in places like asia, africa, south america and the caribbean. In most of these regions which I stated, especially africa they rely on cell phones rather than on land lines which is becoming the case world wide. I'm sure that all of this information is not news to you, as you are in the business and have come this far. However I must express that it is foolish to not allow people around the world to purchase products from you via the internet. Which I attempted earlier but you did not have the counrty in which I am currently residing in, on your list. And therefore your website did not allow me to get to the point of purchase which I find absolutely ridiculous since you have absolutely no market share in this region and neither did apple's iphone. But yet so many citizens here have them and hacked them. The only smart company it seems is RIM since they are in full control of the market here. After this annoyance I will wait for the Blackberry Bold to come out and purchase a new phone then. Good luck in your fabulous marketing & sales strategy.

Sincerely

Shiva

You can pat yourself on the back as much as you want but you have to be concerned with a $199 iPhone. The Blackberry Thunder also looks quite appealing. I can tell you I am tempted to abandon ship when my contract with Verizon is up in January 2009. In fact I may not wait around. I may take the hit for early termination fees and jump ship sooner.

You better start releasing tidbits of information on your new operating system and phone VERY SOON or you will lose a lot of potential customers who do not want to sit around and wait in a vacuum.
