I have a Tungsten E2 and recently Venezuela had a Time Zone CHange. As we are now in an odd time zone (-4:30 GMT) I am in the need of changing it but the device does not display it. Is there a way to add a time zone in an E2?
Thanks a lot!

I have a palm treo 500v. I bought the phone without a vodaphone plan in Singapore and carried it back to India to use on the Airtel network. The phone works fine all all respects except one- I can't send an SMS out when I am roaming.
I can receive SMS at all times. I can also send SMSs when I am in my home service area.
The operator cannot figure out the cause of the error and blames the phone for it. I have tried changing the message center, it does not work as well.
Does someone know a solution for this problem?

I've been using Palm since 1997 when Palm was still made by US Robotics
